Brief information about GDPR

Co-controllers of your personal data are EVENTION sp. z o.o. with headquarters in Warsaw at Racławicka 93 and GetInData Poland Sp. z o.o., with headquarters in Warsaw at Puławska 39/20 (communicated at the conference website and in marketing activities as Xebia).

Your personal data will be processed:

- by Joint Administrators: in order to organize the Conference, and in the case of marketing consents - also for direct marketing to the provided e-mail address or telephone number;
- in addition, separately by Evention: to promote the Conference, consider applications and complaints of Participants, obligations arising from legal provisions, in particular tax and accounting, analyzes and statistics, defense or redress.
- in addition, separately by GetInData: to promote the services offered by GetInData.

If you voluntarily consent, your data will be shared with Conference Partners, a full list of which can be found in the "Organizations" tab on the Conference website for which you are registering. Some of these Partners may be based outside the European Economic Area.

Resignation of participation

Dear Sirs,

If for various reasons you will not be able to participate in the event, it is possible to cancel your participation, but it is necessary to communicate such a decision at least 10 days before the start of the conference.

We would like to emphasize that failure to appear at the conference is not equivalent to an official resignation. In order to formally notify the cancellation, please send the appropriate notification by email to karolina.szymkiewicz@evention.pl.
