I have over 10 years of experience in the fields of Data Science, ML, and AI, built on a solid foundation of 5 years in software development. Currently, I lead the AI research and development unit at Pearson. My unit develops innovative AI algorithms that enhance our e-learning platforms and applications with new, advanced functionalities.
In addition to my professional role, I actively contribute to the academic community as a lecturer in postgraduate studies at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. I am also the founder of Poznan Data Horizon, an initiative dedicated to fostering the local tech community in AI, ML, data engineering, and MLOps. Furthermore, I participate in Bielik, a community focused on building a Polish LLM.
My interests span all aspects of AI, including business strategy, scientific research, emerging technologies, leadership, and project management. I am passionate about integrating these domains to drive the creation of innovative, forward-thinking products.
